Password Change:  All Passwords after January 2007 are school name and 07

If school name and date of match don't work try above!

Question #1:    Why won't the password work?

Answer:  Do not capitalize and do not use spaces, slashes or dashes.  The password can only be 16 characters long.  If your school name makes the password too long just use your school initials.  For example:  Brecksville would be BBHHS or BBHMS  The exception is olmsted falls.  I just left the year off your password.

Question #2:    Why don't I see any sample photographs?

Answer:  Just look on the side of the page you are on and find the little arrows at the top and the bottom.  You can use those arrows to scroll up and down the page.

Question #3:    How do I find my event?

Answer:    Click on your sport!  Find your event in the events list.  Place your mouse pointer over your event.  If it changes to a little hand your event is published.  Click on it.  You will be directed to another site where you can view and order prints.

Question #4:    How do I find my event on the order site?

Answer:    On the right of the home order page is an events list.  You can scroll through this list.  If you cannot find your event look at the bottom of that list.  It will direct you to click here for more events.  Each page of events will do the same thing.

Question #5:    How do I know which event is mine?

Answer:    Each event is listed by school first, than level, than who you played against or your sport. 

Question #6:    When will my photographs be posted?

Answer:    Photographs are sorted and published in the order I photograph them in.  Please be patient, sometimes there are quite a few photographs.  Just email me and I will contact you when your photographs are posted.
